Chatbot with Zanroo 3.0

The chatbot is an application to answer the client for each social channel (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in private messages. But the chatbot still cannot answer like the human, so some case, the chatbot needs to send those messages to human to complete the case.

We also build further than the send-receive ticket, the integrated chatbot which works with us can send the messages and "information" inside each message to Zanroo. When agents work on a ticket, they will know everything that they need on ticket information.
